Nick did an amazing job for Boise Bathtub Refinishing. He showed up on time and fixed a problem that I thought needed a full replacement. We had a big hole on the ledge of the tub and it looks brand new now. He saved us a lot of stress and money. Plus the work looks great.

I went from not being aware that this type of service existed to being a big fan! This company's name does not begin to convey the array of services they offer above and beyond refinishing bathtubs. This process is a true alternative to costly replacement of countertops, showers, bathtubs, and other surfaces in the home. Matt was responsive and helpful from my initial outreach--and his pricing was well below his competitors though his quick responses really made an impression on me from the start. Installer Nick was a truly a seasoned professional having specialized in this work for years--and he was incredibly meticulous in not only taking steps to ensure a great result but also in his protection of the surrounding areas. They have multiple color options for the finishes ranging from somewhat conservative and low key to bolder looks, and I was truly stunned at what a difference they made to my countertops, shower, and tub in this somewhat-older home. The refreshed and updated look is remarkable. There were a few smallish hiccups--and both Matthew and Nick were very proactive, and Nick took immediate steps to remediate one of the issues, such as the fact that the painter's tape used to mask and protect surrounding surfaces ended up removing some of the brand-new paint--and he was on it right away and reached out directly to the painter who had just painted to ensure that it would be remedied in a timely fashion. That type of care and concern for clients is not always easy to find though it is much appreciated. I have already recommended Boise Bathtub Refinishing (BBR) to my Realtor and several friends in less than a week as I'm amazed at the transformation they created!
