We are satisfied with the services provided. Though there were a few small issues with the first application the installer cheerfully accepted the criticism and addressed the issues. Specifically, the master bathroom tub had some bled though of the original color. Once we pointed it out the installer agreed to apply three more layers to cover the tub even though this would require a return trip. The installer honored out shoes off policy and did not have to be reminded. Each day when he left the areas were neat and tidy. The application of this product has saved us thousands of dollars in our no longer having to replace the showers or tubs. Thank you.
